Your Next Customer Is Asking AI. Will They Find You?

We are building Signal Harbor to be the best Chicago-based AI visibility partner for middle-market and upper-middle-market companies.

The goal is straightforward: help the right buyers find your business, understand what makes it valuable, and take the next step.

Think about the research someone does before contacting your sales team. They need to understand their options, compare companies, and decide who deserves a conversation.

When they use ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, or another AI platform for that research, how does your company show up?

Does it appear at all? Is the information accurate? Does the answer explain what you actually do, or reduce years of expertise to a generic description?

That is where Signal Harbor starts.

Based in Chicago. Built for the companies we serve.

Signal Harbor helps middle-market and upper-middle-market companies understand and improve how AI presents them to potential customers. Chicago is our home base and primary focus, but the problem is not limited to one city.

We start with the questions your buyers would ask. For a manufacturer, that could mean finding a supplier with a specific capability. For a professional services firm, it could mean comparing providers with experience in a particular industry.

We examine the answers, the competitors being mentioned, and the sources being used. Then we identify what needs work.

Sometimes the issue is a service page that does not clearly explain a capability. Sometimes the information is outdated. Sometimes a company has real expertise but has done very little to document it publicly.

The work should make your business easier to understand and give a buyer a stronger reason to consider you.

We have to build the proof ourselves.

If we want companies to trust us with this work, we need to apply the same standard to Signal Harbor.

We want a business researching AI visibility support to understand who we serve, how we work, and why we are worth speaking with. Saying we want to be the best is not enough. We have to earn it.

That means documenting where we start, making specific improvements, and testing again. It also means being honest about the difference between appearing in an AI answer and generating a qualified lead. One does not automatically prove the other.

Our goal is to connect the two.

If you lead a middle-market or upper-middle-market company, we would like to understand how your customers find you today and where AI research fits into that process.
